Production Workers
Manufacturing of electric motors and related components
Due to the expansion of our production activities, we are looking for motivated and responsible production workers to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for candidates who wish to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the high quality of the products we manufacture.
Responsibilities:
- Strict execution of assigned daily tasks;
- Compliance with workplace safety and efficiency standards;
- Quality control of finished products and identification of non-conformities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Completed secondary education;
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar work environment is considered an advantage;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills;
- Responsible attitude toward work processes;
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
- Willingness to work in shifts.
